Is hardware included in the price?
Yes. The IP67 camera and AI PLC controller are included as rental in every plan — there is no separate hardware purchase.
What does on-site install cover?
Our team mounts the sealed camera over your line, wires it in and trains your operators. It's included on Pro and Enterprise.
Can we start small and scale?
That's the point of the Standard plan — prove it on one camera, then add cameras and upgrade whenever you're ready. No re-install needed.
Do you integrate with our ERP?
On Enterprise we connect Robopipe to your ERP and MES over Modbus, EtherCAT and Ethernet, and tailor models and hardware to your line.
Can we self-host Robopipe?
Yes. Robopipe is also available as an open-source variant you can run on your own infrastructure — you'll find it on our GitHub. Self-hosting comes with community support only; paid plans include the hardware, hosting, updates and our support.
